Last February, I was hired by the California Association of Realtors to help them find a way to support more women to move into senior leadership positions in the brokerage community. Today, the white paper I did for them has been released and it’s packed with a wealth of information that can help any real estate manager or broker.
What I would like to request is that if you’re a broker or manager, share the research with the other people in your brokerage, board, or area, who are interested in mentoring and helping others.
If you’re an agent, share it with your broker or manager, especially if that person is a woman.
